The buyer company, LiCap GmbH, based in Liechtenstein, is a sister company of Swiss Global Investment Group AG. The shareholders of the group have a long-term investment focus. This is an important aspect for all employees of La Meusienne. The long-term focus of the new owners is an important building block for securing the future of the company. Wolfgang Lichtenwalder and Professor Frank Richter have many years of international experience in managing and advising companies
